MedInfoRus has been developed by a group of medical librarians from New York
City with the goal of helping Russian-speaking audience to search the Internet
for medical information. You will find collection of links to medical websites,
electronic publications, directories, and other resources available online in
Russian.

MEDLINEplus, the National Library of Medicine's consumer-friendly health Web
site, now speaks Spanish! These information pages are designed to direct you to
resources containing information that will help you research your health
questions in MEDLINE along with links to numerous consumer health resources. A
wonderful feature of these pages is the Interactive
Health Tutorials which use animated
graphics. Each of the tutorials explains a procedure or condition in
easy-to-read language. You can also listen to the tutorial.

This resource commissioned by The
European Commission contains the electronic
form of eight glossaries, in which you can find 1830 technical and popular
medical terms in eight of the nine official European languages : English, Dutch,
French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Danish.

Providers Guide to Quality & Culture
It would be useful to have basic information on the culture, health strengths,
and health challenges of people from some of the regions and ethnic groups of
the world. This resource is an integral part of Management
Sciences for Health's Electronic Resource Center,
which is funded in part by the U.S.
Agency for International Development.

A number of BC
HealthFile topics easy-to-understand fact sheets on a range of public health and safety topics. Most files are available in Chinese, English, French, Punjabi, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
Translated Health Education Materials and Forms
The Foundation for Healthy Communities in New Hampshire
created this new tool for New Hampshire health care providers to easily
find translated health forms and documents. They recommend that the translated
forms in 10 languages be used with their English counterparts to ensure that all
parties are aware of what is being communicated. Each translated form also is
posted in English. An unique facet of this tool is that the documents are posted, when possible, in a Word format in order to allow for easy customizing.
